South Korea, Mulls Closing all Cryptocurrency Exchanges

South Korea mulls closing country’s virtual currency exchanges, according to the the most recent news reports.
Financial Services Commission(FSC)’s Chairman Choi JongKu stated that (the government) may shut down all of those domestic virtual currency exchanges, or just the ones violating the law.
Last week, the Minister of Justice Park Sang-ki said the government is going to plan a bill on banning the transaction via the cryptocurrency exchange and Ministry of National Defense (NMD)  also started blocking the online access to the cryptocurrency exchanges at internet cafes in the military bases.
Meanwhile, it is also reported that the Governor of Bank of Korea Lee Ju-yeol said the central bank could issue digital currencies in the future and has started the research.
