MBK to Make Strategic Partnership Agreement with MAKERS FARM

MBK(TYO: 3121),  a listed Japanese boutique merchant banking service company, announced the partnership agreement with Singapore-based cryptocurrency service company MAKERS FARM, according to its press release.
Details of investments, such as deal size, has not been disclosed.  
However, MBK’s ICO advisory subsidiary MBK Blockchain would provide various support, including financials, to MAKERS FARM, as a part of business partnership, according to its announcements.  
Established in May this year, MAKERS FARM develops cashback service site COINCOME, and already builds partnerships with e-commerce providers such as Amazon, Alibaba’s Redmart, and Rauten. Services will be available via its cryptocurrency CIM.
Meanwhile, MBK would aim at  MBK Blockchain’s IPO further to expand its blockchain business, per its previous announcements.   
MBK has a market cap of about JPY 10bn.
