Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has announced that it will support Zilliqa’s mainnet token swap.
Binance disclosed on its website that it will suspend deposits and withdrawals of ZIL starting April 22.
The exchange will continue to process token swaps for users who will deposit ERC20 ZIL tokens into their accounts even after the ZIL mainnet becomes online.
Zilliqa is a public blockchain platform that implements sharding and scales transaction rates.
It uses its own smart contract language called Smart Contract Intermediate-Level LAnguage or Scilla, designed to perform static checks and formal verifications to detect security vulnerabilities in existing languages, according to Zilliqa’s website.
