According to the announcement, DappRadar will begin assisting The Sandbox with event promotions and programs that will help expose the gaming platform to a wider audience.
DappRadar Chief Data Officer Dragos Dunica noted that the partnership is expected to help accelerate the mass adoption of blockchain games and create more use cases into the ecosystem.
The Sandbox recently partnered with OpenSea to enable peer-to-peer asset reselling to more users of the DApp game platform.
The move follows OpenSea’s acceptance of ERC-1155 non-fungible tokens on its platform to support blockchain projects such as The Sandbox that use the asset standard.
Meanwhile, The Sandbox concluded the first round of its pre-sale for LANDS with 3.096 sold LANDS within a few hours.
LANDS are ERC-721 standard tokens that act as virtual plots in The Sandbox Metaverse. Upon purchasing a LAND, players can experience The Sandbox’s gameplay, host games, earn SAND by renting the LAND, and participate in the governance of the gaming platform’s metaverse.
