by Monica Padillo

Double jump.tokyo has started developing a blockchain-based version of popular Japanese mobile role-playing game Brave Frontier that will adopt the same gameplay as My Crypto Heroes.

The Japanese game developer is building the upcoming DApp game called Brave Frontier Heroes on Ethereum with pixel art graphics and possibly a character interoperability feature, according to the announcement

Brave Frontier Heroes is currently available for early testing until Dec. 24.

Double jump.tokyo is developing Brave Frontier Heroes along with Japanese game development studio Alim under the MCH+ blockchain partnership program.

MCH+ is a four-course program that seeks to support developers in the creation of blockchain games using knowledge and resources from Double jump.tokyo such as the game engine of My Crypto Heroes.

Some of the other functions that the initiative provides include non-fungible token trading, NFT metadata extensions, and off chain token minting.

The MCH+ program also aims to support blockchain gaming companies in other aspects such as development operations, finances, and human resources.
