The Sandbox, a blockchain-based gaming platform where users can create voxel assets, has entered an agreement with CryptoWars developer Experimental to jointly promote blockchain to mainstream players.
According to the announcement, the partnership will include Experimental owning a piece of Estate in the blockchain gaming platform in the next rounds of The Sandbox’s pre-sale event.
The partnership comes nine months after Animoca Brands, the parent company of The Sandbox developer Pixowl, participated in Experimental’s seed round of funding and agreed with the CryptoWars developer to promote each other on their respective platforms.
The contents of their agreement include jointly launching CryptoWars in Asia, distributing Experimental’s products, and tackling Asian markets and gaming.
Experimental launched CryptoWars, an Ethereum-based strategy simulation DApp game, in January 2019. Players of the game can create and customize settlements, form alliances, build armies, and wage war over the control of nearby realms.
